Prove · Fixed fee · Ten working days

Ten working days to find out whether AI pays in your workflow.

We take the one line you sent, sit with the people who do the work, and come back with a business case your finance team can check: the number, the owner, the risks and the next gate.

The promise

Ten working days to put a number on one workflow that your finance team agrees with, even if the number says stop.

Fixed fee agreed before we start. If we do not deliver a costed business case with a go or stop recommendation within ten working days of receiving the agreed data and access, we waive the fee.

What you are left with.

  • A workflow map built with the people who run it, exceptions included
  • A baseline measured from your own data and agreed with finance
  • The number AI can move, with the assumptions written down
  • Risks, data gaps and the EU AI Act classification for the use case
  • A scoped proof of concept, ready to approve or stop

How it runs.

  1. Days 1 to 2

Kick off with the sponsor. We agree the workflow, who we can talk to and what data we can see.

  2. Days 3 to 6

On site with the team. We trace the work end to end and measure the baseline.

  3. Days 7 to 9

We build the case: value, cost, risk, owner. Finance checks the numbers with us.

  4. Day 10

Decision session. Go to proof of concept, change the scope, or stop with the evidence in hand.

A good fit if you have

  • A senior sponsor who can say yes or no
  • One workflow that costs real time or money today
  • Access to the people and data behind it for two weeks

Probably not the right start for

  • A request for a strategy deck
  • Five workflows at once
  • A decision that has already been made

What exactly is guaranteed?

A costed business case with a go or stop recommendation, within ten working days of receiving the agreed data and access. If we do not deliver it, we waive the fee and you keep everything we produced.

What if the answer is stop?

Then you have the reasons in writing, with the numbers behind them, before you spend anything on a build. A clear stop is a result.

Why only one workflow?

Because one workflow measured properly beats five guessed at. Most programmes we run started with exactly one.

What happens after the ten days?

You decide. Many clients move into a scoped proof of concept with a forward deployed team. Some take the case and run it themselves.

Send me the one line.

In thirty minutes you will know whether it is worth a business case, and if it is not, I will say so.
